The Booking Process.

Step One

First, we need to check that the Audio Guestbook you want is available.

Check Availability

Step Two

One month before your event we ask you to record and send your personalised greeting message.

Step Three

Your Audio Guestbook package arrives at your chosen address no later than two days before your event.

Step Four

On the day simply plug in the Audio Guestbook and display the information sign at your venue. No phone line or Wifi required.

Step Five

Within 2 days of the event, drop off the Audio Guestbook at your nearest Royal Mail Post Office and return using the prepaid label provided.

Once we have safely received the Audio Guestbook back, your messages will be masterfully edited. We then send you a digital copy as well as a USB keepsake.

Step Seven

As an optional extra, you can get your messages mastered onto a personalised 12” vinyl record. A stylish addition to your digital copies. Alternatively, our vinyl would make a perfect anniversary or birthday gift.

  • Yes, all of our phones come with a rechargeable battery and will come fully charged with enough power for 12 hours of actual recording time, and last for 5 days on standby. A power cable will be provided should you need it.

  • Our standard hire packages typically span around 5 days. We strive to ensure you receive your audio guest book 2-3 days before your event, and it must be returned on the next working day following your event.

    If you require an extended hire period, feel free to reach out to us.

  • Your Audio Guest Book will be delivered straight to your doorstep, ensuring its safe arrival via tracked special delivery, 2-3 days before your big day. A return label will be included so you can return the phone to us without any hassle.

  • Setting up your Audio Guestbook is a breeze! Just follow our simple and straightforward instructions included with your order for a hassle-free experience, leaving you free to enjoy every moment of your wedding.

  • After we receive your Audio Guestbook following your event, the audio recordings are promptly processed and delivered to you digitally via email.

    If you choose the USB in a bottle, we aim to get this to you within 5 working days from the moment we receive your Audio Guestbook.

  • At this time, we only accept bookings for weddings within the UK. Please note that it is prohibited to travel outside of the UK with our phones and hired items or arrange for a third party to do so. This policy is in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
